Health and Social Care Network, 22 July 2021

It’s been sometime since we last met but the ongoing Integrated Care System (ICS) development and the pace of change suggests that this may be a good time to meet again. The ICS governance guidance document outlines the context which is worth discussing together further.

We’re aware that shortly the holiday season will commence. We would like to meet with you all as soon as possible as there are so many key changes taking place at the moment. So, we've arranged Thursday, 22 July 2021 as a date to come together and try to reflect on where and how the VCS can hold a space within that change. We hope you will be able to make this date.

A full agenda of the event and Zoom link will be sent out closer to the event with a booking confirmation.

We host the Health and Social Care Network for members to come together around issues that matter to them. We aim to create an inclusive and friendly space at all networks and are committed to equality and diversity. The Health and Social Care Network:

• Involves and informs
• Strengthens coordination and leadership within the Voluntary and Community Sector in relation to health and social care
• Offers clear routes for engagement, development and strategic thinking between statutory providers/commissioners and the sector
• Provides opportunities to develop collaboration and work in partnership with Brighton and Hove Clinical Commissioning Group, City Council and others
